Very little actual training going on right now . I am up to 3 miles and a good pace . I am not pain free by any means but it is tolerating each increase in mileage . I did enter the TRT 50m and Brian is entered in the 50k he is doing the 50/50 as well ( 50K ) . No real plans prior to that I might do "You must be crazy " 10k it's about a month out and I should be fine for a 10k .
January 2 - Did something I just don't remember
January 3 - "
January 4- Walked the dogs 2 miles at Hidden Valley ran a really cold mile when I got home from work
January 5- Snowshoed at the Meadows a couple miles , funny sign on the Tahoe Rim Trail
January 6- Very cold under dressed 4.25 with Brian and the dogs on the icy snow covered roads around our house
January 7 - Rest day actually had lots of errands , got a late start decided it was a rest day
January 8 - 3 miles on the treadmill at the gym at lunch still very cold
January 9 - 3 miles on the treadmill at the gym at lunch , cold
January 10 - Took Ray to the Vet possible knee injury , he's on rest and drugs
January 11 - Nothing
January 12 - Wasn't feeling great we drove up to the Lake to check some houses came home to some sick horses. It was the coldest morning yet with a low of -21
Sunday 13 to Wednesday 16 - Yes I'm sick , better today but not 100%

I'm planning on just walking a couple miles the next few days until I feel 100% then starting on 4 miles for the next week . Increasing my mileage by 1 mile a day each week . I'm going to start adding in long runs in February .
