Take two they're small

Week two -


November 1 - Walked 2 miles with the dogs at Hidden Valley . My GPS took forever so it only tracked 1.8 but I walked on a loop trail that measures 1 mile and we did two laps . Felt pretty good could feel the medial pain but I have to live with that . Towards the end I felt some pain at the bottom of my kneecap but I think it was right under an incision and was still sore from that . The itching is bad today my jeans are a bit tight ( yeah eating like you are running when you aren't isn't a good thing ) but I have them hiked up so I can dig at it . Today is two weeks since surgery and I'm pretty happy with it so far .  Did the leg lifts with 3 pounds , stretching and e stim for 15 minutes

November 2 - 30 minutes on the stationary bike at the gym + some of the machines mostly upper body .

November 3- Walked 2 miles 18:03 and 18:33 walked on the trail in my Hokas the trail was really too sandy for my knee right now although the Hokas were like letting air out of your tires for sand . I think I'll stick to the road for now . Did all my chores , pens and feeding which I think was a bit much as it's sore tonight and I'm using ice as I write this . Tonight is the Anything is Possible 5k and I'm sad to miss it , it was my one and only 5k and I won my age group last year - it was snowing and the race is run at 1:50am when the time changes . November 4 - Walked two miles with the dogs 17:18 and 17:04 , still not close to my average of @14:50-15:00 but getting closer . Did the leg raises with 3 pounds and the e stim for 15 minutes.

November 5- Walked two miles with the dogs

November 6- Stationary bike at the gym 30 minutes while watching election coverage . Did some machines for upper body .

November 7- Walk 2.25 with the dogs at Hidden Valley some up and down . Legs exercises with 3 pounds 15 minutes of e stim

A random thought - I had never been embarassed to be a woman until I heard exit polls showed American women felt like it was more important to have an abortion than a job . FYI - the President has no way to over turn Roe vs Wade.
